Does the Human Rights Act, for which Spain (and by default, Catalonia) is a signatory, actually say ‘ a right to live on your property’ or ‘ a right to enjoy your property’ Two vastly different meanings under a legal argument.

im researching all i can in preparation for my move , which i hope to complete in dec 2010 or jan 2011 at the latest.. this is a beautiful story and brought tears to my eyes as i look out my window here in the kildare/ireland country side looking at my own little cat playing/ or tormenting a large beetle with wings ..herself a stray who turned up on the roof of my shed about 4 years ago when she was only maybe 3 months old…. a beautiful story,, thats fills me with warmth and great anticapation at the expierences that await my new life in southern Catalonia.. and i have no doubt that it is not your imagination, but you can see there mother sat beside them.. )

I would also urge people to contact their bank managers – whether they have a mortgage or not. Banks are exposed to this – they cannot currently sell on properties that have been repossessed without a cedula, and the longer this goes on the greater the potential for more repossessions….

Hi there
The Spanish name is consuelda, and in Catalan it is consolda, but I have never seen it here – I had to buy seeds from the UK in the end.

They have grown well and two years down the line are still doing well. I have just started some more off by seed, but they are taking an age to germinate.
