MUNCHIE REPLIES TO LUCKY

Dear Lucky,
Thank you for your letter and welcome to letters to the editor. The Chronicat, The Munchie and me, are delighted that you still have the ability to find the paper through the haze of smoke, let alone actually read it. Though having said this, the print quality is rather good and the size ensures that most of us, who can still see, do not require the assistance of a magnifying glass to make-out the words.
We recognise and appreciate your concern for all of us here at headquarters and we want to assure you that the secret of Bill, Ben and little Weed is safe with us.
As we are all responsible parents, we can’t thank you enough for bringing this oversight to our attention. The thought of the Munchie taking anything stronger than grass (only for medicinal purposes ie to make it sick) or sniffing anything other than the youngest’s trainers is abhorrent to me.
As for being legal, I for one had a lawn full of the stuff back in England. I never had any problems there. Perhaps it rained more and grew wild and not just in pots. It is much harder to grow in this country as I’m sure you’re aware; even the Town Hall in L’Ampolla water theirs regularly. Perhaps that’s most people’s mistake, their all using tons of misinformation instead of fertiliser.
One last thing to remember – if the grass grows too long – it’s a lot less bovver with a hovver!!
